WATER TREATMENT

CQM treats cooling water to protect the system from scale, corrosion, and disinfects the water to prevent organic growth and Legionella. In most cases, water of high conductivity and hardness can be used without any pre-treatment to ensure efficient hassle-free operation of equipment.

Cooling Tower Water Treatment

CQM’s SRCT Cooling Tower Water Treatment System makes use of electrolysis technology to condition water circulating in cooling systems. Thanks to the patented self-cleaning system, poor quality water of high hardness – even RO reject in some cases can be used as cooling water without any pre-treatment thereby saving water and energy, while reducing chemical costs. It is also proven to prevent legionella in the cooling towers.

Power Plant Cooling Systems

Natural draft cooling towers are used in industrial facilities that work with a several hundred MW heat extraction rate. Closed Loop Circuits

SRCC cleans water in closed loop water systems by eliminating anaerobic bacteria that promote corrosion and biofilms. A media filter removes all sludge, corrosion and enables the water to become clean of debris, without use of chemicals.
