Integrated controller for unit ventilators capable of stand-alone operation or integrated with Carrier’s or any building automation system using BACnet®, Modbus® or Lonworks® protocol.

  • Flexible Heating Control

    Controls modulating hot water or steam valves, or up to three stages of electric heat, to maintain space temperature setpoints.

  • Flexible Cooling Control

    Controls modulating chilled water valves or a single stage of DX cooling to maintain space temperature setpoints.

  • Native i‑Vu BAS Integration

    Fully plug‑and‑play with the Carrier i‑Vu® Building Automation System.

  • Energy Optimization Support

    Supports demand limiting strategies to help reduce energy consumption.

  • Unit Ventilator Compatibility

    Compatible with Carrier 40UV (vertical) and 40UH (horizontal) unit ventilators.

  • Stand‑Alone Operation Capability

    On‑board real‑time clock, remote occupancy input, and support for Carrier communicating or thermistor sensors allow stand‑alone operation.
