All AHI Carrier products include a standard 2-year parts and labour warranty from installation. Extended cover up to 5 years is available through our AMC plans. Coverage includes manufacturing defects, compressor failures, and control board faults — excluding damage from improper installation or lack of maintenance.

We stock 10,000+ OEM spare parts at our Jebel Ali warehouse. In-stock items are fulfilled same-day with next-day delivery across the UAE. Call our urgent parts hotline for priority dispatch on critical orders.

Yes. All technical documentation is in our Download Centre — free with an AHI Carrier account. This includes installation manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and commissioning checklists for all products we carry.

Yes. AHI Carrier runs certified training for VRF, chiller, and controls — in-person at our UAE centre and online. Technicians receive AHI Carrier certification, which is required for warranty-covered installations on our products.
