Technical Details

Precision Temperature Stability

The digital PID control system maintains chilled water output within ±0.5 K, ensuring consistent process cooling or comfort levels even under variable heat source temperatures.

Motorless Automatic Purge System

A high-efficiency, maintenance-free purge system maintains the internal vacuum levels required for peak performance, ensuring the chiller operates at design efficiency year-round.

Corrosion-Resistant Interior

Internal surfaces are treated with specialized inhibitors that create a molecular-level protective barrier, preventing oxidation and maintaining heat exchanger integrity

Optimized Solution Distribution

Innovative spray header designs ensure uniform wetting of the heat exchanger tubes, maximizing heat transfer efficiency and reducing the required solution volume.

Control / Integrations

Integrated Pump Sequencing

The chiller’s controller manages the start/stop commands for the chilled water, cooling water, and hot water pumps. During shutdown, it automatically sequences these pumps to complete a dilution cycle, preventing the lithium bromide from crystallizing as the unit cools.

Intuitive Touch Interface

Equipped with an 8.4-inch high-resolution touch screen, providing real-time visualization of the absorption cycle, temperature gradients, and operational records in multiple languages.

Safety Interlock Suite

Features comprehensive safety protections including chilled water flow verification, low-temperature freeze protection, and solution concentration monitoring to ensure the unit stays within its "safe operating zone."

Local & Remote Flexibility

Operators can toggle between "Local" and "Remote" modes directly from the panel, allowing for manual overrides or automated operation based on facility-wide cooling demand signals.
