Casing & Structural Design

Double‑skin casing with 50 mm PU insulation (40 kg/m³), CFC‑free Insulation isolated from the air stream Low‑leak construction with: Hexagonal socket compression Latch‑type fasteners Nitrile gaskets on panel joints Factory‑installed 100 mm galvanized steel base (optional 125 mm for marine applications)

Coil Options & Performance

Wide range of coils available: Chilled water Hot water DX coils (1–8 rows, 8/10/12/14 FPI options) Coils constructed with copper tubes and aluminum fins Factory pressure tested at 400 psig using nitrogen Coil tracks enable easy removal for cleaning and dry interior maintenance Optional copper headers with brazed connections

Drain Pan & Hygiene

Powder‑painted sloped galvanized steel drain pan Side drain outlet as standard Optional stainless steel drain pan New drain pan design improves drainage and indoor air quality (IAQ)

Fan & Drive Assemblies

Optimized fan impeller sizes: Forward‑curved: 160–1000 mm Backward‑curved / airfoil: 225–1000 mm Plug fans: 315–1400 mm Fan, motor, and base (FMB) assemblies: Heavy‑gauge painted steel or power‑strut construction Spring isolators mounted as standard to reduce vibration Self‑aligning bearings with cast‑iron housing Taper‑lock pulleys for easy maintenance Flanged fan discharge collar for easy duct connection
