Carrier 40LMA Fan Coil Unit
Horizontal, ceiling‑mounted chilled water fan coil unit designed for furred‑in installations, delivering 850 to 2,950 CFM with high performance, flexibility, and space‑saving design for commercial and residential applications.
The 40LMA fan coil unit is equipped with a 3‑speed AC fan motor, allowing airflow adjustment to suit varying cooling loads. An optional multi‑speed EC motor is available for applications requiring improved energy efficiency.
The unit is designed for integration with centralized chilled water systems and supports optional hot water heating, making it suitable for a wide range of HVAC system configurations.
The fan coil unit supports straightforward electrical connection and integration with external control devices as required by the project design. The configuration allows reliable operation within building HVAC networks.
