Compact, precision zone control for airflow‑based HVAC applications
The ZN141A Zone Controller delivers reliable, distributed control for zone‑level HVAC applications, combining precision airflow sensing, graphical programming, and seamless WebCTRL® integration to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
The ZN141A is a fully programmable, native BACnet Advanced Application Controller that provides zone level temperature and air quality control for pressure independent VAV applications. Sophisticated pre-engineered control algorithms reduce energy consumption, extend actuator life, and increase occupant comfort. It communicates on an EIA-485 LAN using BACnet MS/TP or BACnet over ARCNET communications and connects seamlessly to the WebCTRL® building automation system.
The controller supports up to 6 total points, including 1 binary output, 4 universal inputs, and 1 analog output, making it well suited for compact zone‑level control.
An integrated precision airflow sensor and advanced VAV control algorithm improve occupant comfort at both minimum and maximum design airflows while extending actuator life.
Supports high‑speed, native BACnet over ARC156 communications for fast response, with additional support for BACnet over MS/TP when required.
Uses a fast, powerful, and fully distributed control architecture, allowing the controller to operate independently of other system devices.
