Adaptive Fan Performance Control

Utilizes 3‑speed PID fan control to automatically adjust fan operation based on demand, reducing noise while improving comfort and energy efficiency.

Enhanced Heating & Cooling Efficiency

Advanced features such as Smart Start cooling and morning warm‑up improve system responsiveness and overall thermal performance.

Comprehensive Diagnostics & Alarms

Supports diagnostic testing of I/O points and provides alarms for temperature deviation, dirty filters, and condensate overflow to aid proactive maintenance.

Flexible Valve & Equipment Compatibility

Compatible with modulating or two‑position chilled water valves, hot water or steam valves, as well as DX and electric heating systems.

Control Capabilities

Provides dehumidification control when used with an RH sensor or RH value from the network.
Supports software clock and local occupancy scheduling for independent operation when paired with a system time broadcaster.
Includes supply air temperature limiting and integrated safety controls for DX and electric heat units.
Supports changeover control using a 10 kΩ surface‑mounted thermistor or a CCN software variable.
