Heat output: 39KW
Light Duty 4 Cylinder 4 Stroke Gas Engine
Economical generation of electricity and heat

Vitobloc 200

The Vitobloc 200 Type EM‑20/39 is a compact combined heat and power plant (CHPP) designed for economical, reliable, and environmentally responsible on‑site generation of electricity and heat. With an electrical output of 20 kW and a thermal output of 39 kW, it is ideally suited for small residential buildings, commercial properties, and light industrial applications with continuous heat demand.

By generating heat and power simultaneously, the Vitobloc 200 achieves very high overall efficiency (A++), significantly reducing energy costs and emissions compared to separate heat and electricity generation.

Vitobloc 200

Electrical Output of 20 kW and Thermal Output of 39 kW

The unit delivers a balanced ratio of electricity and heat, optimised for on‑site self‑consumption.

Light‑Duty 4‑Cylinder, 4‑Stroke Gas Engine

The robust engine ensures smooth, reliable operation and is suitable for natural gas and biogas, supporting renewable energy use.

Economical Combined Heat and Power Generation

Electricity is generated directly on site while the recovered heat is used for heating, resulting in high fuel utilisation and lower energy costs.

Completely Ready‑to‑Connect, Factory Tested Unit

Supplied fully assembled, wired, and hydraulically connected, enabling fast installation and reliable commissioning.

Optimised for On‑Site Self‑Consumption

Designed to maximise the use of generated electricity directly within the building or facility.

Integration into Heating Systems

Recovered thermal energy can be used for:

Space heating
Domestic hot water
Low‑temperature heating networks

Grid‑Parallel Operation

Suitable for parallel operation with the public electricity grid, subject to local grid connection requirements.

Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics

Web‑based monitoring supports performance tracking, fault detection, and efficient maintenance planning.
