System‑level optimization for reducing total chilled water energy consumption
The Chilled Water System Optimizer intelligently minimizes energy use across the entire chilled water system by continuously optimizing plant and air‑side operation based on real‑time conditions.
The optimizer is designed for chilled water plants with up to eight chillers, accommodating a wide range of system sizes.
The system can operate on the chilled water loop, the condenser water loop, or both, depending on plant configuration and optimization goals.
The optimizer integrates as a supervisory layer to existing plant control systems, computing optimal setpoints without replacing core plant controls.
The system continuously monitors plant room energy consumption and load‑side energy usage to drive optimization decisions.
