PlantCTRL® Chiller Plant Manager delivers automated, optimized control of chiller plants, matching cooling production to building demand while improving efficiency, reliability, and operational visibility.
PlantCTRL® includes four built‑in energy dashboards: a water‑cooled plant home screen, an air‑cooled plant home screen, a chilled water system detail screen, and a condenser water system detail screen.
The system supports native BACnet communications to field devices over TCP/IP, Ethernet, or BACnet MS/TP networks, enabling seamless integration with plant equipment.
Supports MEX and FIO expanders, which can be panel‑mounted or remotely installed, providing flexible modernization options and scalability up to 180 total I/O points.
PlantCTRL® is fully graphically programmable and communicates directly with other Automated Logic controllers for coordinated plant operation.
Provides universal inputs and outputs, with HOA (Hand‑Off‑Auto) override switches and potentiometer adjustment available on all outputs.
