OptiPoint™ Pressure Dependent Valves combine intelligent communicating actuators, advanced ball‑valve technology, and energy‑saving motor design to deliver accurate flow control, simplified commissioning, and seamless integration with the WebCTRL® building automation system.

Features

Communicating Actuators

Valves feature communicating actuators that eliminate the need for physical I/O on the controller. Up to two valves can be connected to the Act Net bus on any Act Net‑enabled controller. Each valve is pre‑addressed for fast commissioning.

Electronic Fail‑Safe Operation

Actuators use super capacitors to drive the valve to a defined fail position (open, closed, or fail‑in‑place, depending on model) upon loss of power.

Exact Position Feedback

Valve position feedback is communicated directly to the WebCTRL® system over the Act Net bus, supporting accurate commissioning and operational verification.

Remote Accessibility & Diagnostics

Valves can be accessed remotely via WebCTRL®, enabling detailed analysis and rapid fault detection using Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) tools.
