Secure, semantic‑rich data streaming from WebCTRL® to cloud and enterprise platforms
The MQTT Connector enables WebCTRL® to securely publish building automation data to MQTT brokers and cloud platforms, supporting modern data analytics, visualization, and enterprise integration while preserving rich semantic context.
Automated Logic’s MQTT connector add-on makes it fast and easy to publish data from the WebCTRL® building automation system (BAS) to an MQTT broker—a standard component in cloud environments. Using the MQTT standard lightweight messaging protocol for IoT, data is streamed from the BAS and automatically formatted according to the Sparkplug B specification. The BAS data is enriched with deep context, including semantic tags, so that it can be used by other enterprise-level applications to inform business decisions.
