The i‑Vu® UC Open XP (OPN‑UCXP) delivers powerful, flexible control for advanced HVAC and building applications, combining expanded I/O capacity, open BACnet communication, and seamless integration with the Carrier i‑Vu® Building Automation System.

i-Vu® UC Open XP

Universal programmable controller provides auxiliary building control to interface with air handlers, chiller plants, hot water systems, lighting, and other HVAC equipment.
The UC Open XP controller provides auxiliary building control to interface with air handlers, chiller plants, hot water systems, lighting, and other HVAC equipment. The UC Open XP’s factory-engineered control programs provide simple building integration for commercial applications with 24 I/O point capability. The UC Open XP also provides support for 24 additional I/O points through the use of the UC Open XP IO Expander. When combined, these controllers can support up to 48 total I/O points for even greater flexibility.

Supports CV and VAV AHU control, WSHP loop systems, chiller plants, hot water systems, lighting, metering, and network data sharing.

Factory & Custom Control Programs

Includes a comprehensive library of factory‑engineered programs and supports customized sequences using SNAP graphical programming.

Stand‑Alone or BAS Operation

Capable of operating independently or as part of an i‑Vu system using proven control algorithms.

Local User Interaction

Supports Carrier communicating room sensors and touchscreen interfaces for local setpoint adjustment and override.
