Compact, flexible I/O expansion for scalable HVAC control applications
The TruVu™ UCXP I/O Expander (TV‑UCXPIO48) extends the input and output capacity of TruVu UCXP controllers, enabling greater system flexibility, simplified installation, and seamless integration within the Carrier i‑Vu® Building Automation System.
The Carrier TruVu UCXP I/O expander provides up to 12 additional I/O points for the TruVu UCXP683T and TruVu UCXP683T-V controllers. Flexible and versatile, the TruVu UCXP controller and expander combine to accomplish both common and custom HVAC control strategies.
Inputs: 8 universal inputs
Outputs: 4 configurable outputs
Software‑configurable for voltage, current, thermistor, dry contact, or pulse counting
16‑bit A/D resolution, up to 40 pulses per second
Analog: 0–10 VDC or 0–20 mA
Binary: Relay outputs rated 1A @ 30 VAC/VDC
Hand‑Auto‑Off switches included on all outputs
I/O Bus port for wired connection to TruVu UCXP controllers (external power required)
